Fee Increases for Large On-site Septic Systems (LOSS)
There are currently 30 Larger On-site Septic Systems (LOSS) managed by Washington State Department of Health (DOH) operating in Clallam County. This includes several of the larger community drain fields like Sunshine Acres, Sun Meadows, Salal, Happy Valley Greens, Four Seasons Ranch, Dungeness Bay Plat and Cedar Glen. SAPOA Dues for 2025
As of October 15, 2025, any Annual Dues not paid in full will be considered delinquent. Dues are $100, and $5 for the Late Fee ($105) after October 15, 2025. Dues can be paid via check to SAPOA, PO Box 824, Sequim, WA 98382, OR send payment via PAYPAL to PayPal.Me/sapoa824. -
Feeding of deer is prohibited by law statewide-including in Diamond Point
In an attempt to educate residents of Diamond Point, SAPOA Board of Directors is notifying all residents that effective May 17, 2025, it is illegal to feed deer, elk and moose in Washington.
